What a plan holds
A note is one short note MemIndex writes from your agent’s work, including each session’s summary. Notes you save by hand do not count. Your allowance starts again each month on your billing day, and you can watch it on your account page.

“At cost” means exactly what the note-writing model charged us, with no markup. We publish the average cost of a thousand notes here once we have enough real use to make it meaningful.
Extra notes on Power and Team have a monthly spending cap, $50 to start, that an owner can change. At the cap notes pause and we email you. Not available yet: single sign-on, SCIM and SOC 2.

Lite starts with a 30-day trial, then costs $30 a month. It is designed for one person’s daily work and includes all the hosting features: note-writing on our server, memory across your machines, MCP search and nightly backups.
Team is $40 per seat each month with a minimum of two seats. It starts with a 30-day trial. Every seat adds 10,000 notes a month to a pool the whole team shares. Past the pool, extra notes are billed at what they cost us, with no markup, up to a monthly cap. You add or remove seats as your team changes, and your bill follows.

Your activity is still saved while paused, and the notes are written afterwards a few at a time, so nothing is lost. Power and Team keep going; the extra notes are billed at what they cost us, with no markup, up to a monthly cap you can change. At the cap they pause too, and we email you. We also email you at 80% and at 100%.
Each month on your billing day: the day of the month your plan renews, so your account page and your invoice agree. It is not the calendar month.

Not yet. Sign-in is by email link, and teams manage people from the account page. We do not sign business associate agreements, so please do not send patients’ health information to MemIndex hosting.

Each customer’s data is kept apart, and we test that separation on every change. Private tags let you keep things out of memory. You can delete a note or an entire project whenever you want.
Your plan switches on in your account as soon as the payment goes through. You create the account with your email before you pay, and sign in with a one-time email link, so there is no password to set. Make your key in the account (it is never emailed), connect your agents, and search the same memory across machines and from your MCP clients, including Claude Desktop.
